Is there anyone here that is currently working for Ale Solutions or any other company similar working as a relocation specialist?

This was my first investment property and I had a poor inspector who missed all the electrical and even though the roof had about 5 years left my insurance company made me do that.

I would prefer an individual PM (not associated with any company) to manage my 3 doors in FL..

I spoke with the title company who is still helping us wrap up the set-up of a servicing company, and she confirmed that they would be responsible for the principal / interest for Nov and Dec, while we are responsible for the escrow shortage balance (as agreed upon).Not sure how it was missed - not my favorite title company to work with.

If you ever decide you want a more passive approach, there are turnkey companies out there that handle everything for you.

I’ve never actually been legally owed money before so I was green on how to handle things while trying to be understanding and respecting other lifestyles and career choices.

One of my bizz partners sold his garbage company to waste management for 75 mil his balance sheet is a crack up.. house in Napa valley house one in Lake tahoe hunting ranch some commercial in downtown Napa. and a big huge wad in triple net munis  and zero debt.

Do you guys think there will be regulations that will be created around this that might affect those companies, or worse smaller businesses?

When you start, the company may give you a small existing portfolio, but then you'll have to maintain & grow it to make a decent living.You could also work as a leasing agent at an apartment complex.
