Hello, I'm listing one of my houses in the hottest market in the entire state of Minnesota (+17% YOY, Redfin).

It would be a good idea to have it tested first to be sure it is indeed "hot" (tests positive for asbestos) before proceeding and then comparing estimates accordingly, if necessary, before making a decision.
