I've always heard this helps with the algorithm in showing that you are an active host and can get a little bump up in the rankings. 

Having used Turo as a host and having had STR properties, I think combining the two would be awesome. 

I suggest going to the Moorhead Meetups in Austin, There are a ton of BiggerPockets investors, and they are hosted by @Jordan Moorhead, who is an investor-friendly agent in the Austin market. 

I thought it would be a great place for all our Chicago networking clubs to come together under one place and be able to easily host their virtual events there as well. 

My plan is to host the semiannual retreats at kid friendly places (like Great Wolf Lodge) so that the dads or other family can play with the kiddos while the moms are in morning meetings and spend the afternoons/evenings with our families. 

Out of the three cities, I only know of one STR arbitrage host in San Antonio.

There is also a MeetUp that Account Closed hosts semi regularly in Downers Grove that might be beneficial as well. 

We host a monthly meet up in Fort Walton Beach every last Tuesday of the month.

As Robert mentioned, there is a meeting hosted by @Phillip Dwyer in Henderson near the end of each Month.
