And when you go to sell, you'll have the documents you need for escrow to make a final payoff.IMO a resale via seller finance is a horrible plan.

If you can build a little friendship with some of the inspectors, it won't get you out of some major offense, but it can't hurt.Plus, the Packers already won the Soldier Field game (which for people around the country, is ironically considerably CLOSER to Milwaukee than Lambeau Field is, but the team that plays there has sucked horribly for decades!

@Jimmy Klein   I think Ifunding or any other portal would have a hard time making up the difference they were not selling guaranteed investments... its up to the investor to conduct their own due diligence .. and I guess when and if an investor loses money on this deal which it appears they will.. they can then make a demand... but that would be a horrible precedent to set if your in the lending business like these portals are..

I'm sure there are areas south of San Jose and north of SF (like Santa Rosa) that are in need of comm. dev.Here in Phoenix, all the people that moved way outside of the city to get the biggest home they could afford are now looking at long commutes and horrible traffic (since the freeway system wasn't even ready for the growth).

Let's try worst case. 210-185 = 25kThen subtract your rehab cost.Then the horrible part about 24 months is 24 mortgage payments.
