For anyone in the Bartlett / North Conway / Jackson area in New Hampshire, does anyone have some STR cleaner recommendations?

I have an amazing cleaner/local contact in Kissimmee that takes care of turnover and any emergencies that come up.

Cleaners will still get paid.

I have no idea, very possible, the issue will be seasoning, time of contract to close and the amount you add for rents being reasonable, a conventional lender, I'm sure you can but with the same add on for rents, much will depend on what the appraiser says.Now, second way and cleaner, aren't you a contractor?

Additionally there is a fantastic network of cleaners/maintenance out here for out of state owners.

Funnily enough, I called the Home Depot tool rental and came to the conclusion that the floor roller recommendation is probably an upselling technique.. along with the Allure floor cleaner.

My goal is always to get the lease started as close to the last nail being driven in or the last swipe of the cleaner's cloth as possible. 

The responses confirm what I was thinking- wire brush it with 409 cleaner and hope it looks good after. 

Without having my lease in front of me right now...I put a clause in the lease that says something to the effect of if the renter does smoke in the premises they will be charged for the professional cleaners needed in order to remove the odor.

To my surprise the seller left the refrigerator, washing machine, Hoover vacuum cleaner, a jar of pennies probably $25 a plant on the fireplace with a card addressed to the new owner wishing me much happiness in the new home.
