Personally, I'm refreshing all of my properties to stay competitive and I am finding ways to make additional other income, like partnering with local gyms and coffee shops. - KNOW YOUR PROPERTY.

It's way more fun than working out at a boring gym, excellent cardio exercise, and you learn how to save your life.

That way we have a home base if and when we decide to come back for a few weeks/months.Doing some research on Airdna, there are only a few properties that have the same features/amenities as us (8 in the whole city) and they range from $250-$1,100/night in the winter.We'd be one of the only properties in our city with certain amenities (gym and hot tub) So my rationale is that we'll be able to charge highly for a unique experience.

Hi Juan,Yes I have clients that have built ADUs on their lots and have used them to rent out or for a home gym, home office etc.

Can I just move up to a 3 bedroom for the next house and say I want 1 room for my "real" bedroom, 1 for a home office (I do work from home several days a week), and one for a home gym, or something?
