They are not always the easiest to work with (Compliance and documentation standpoints)  and are very sensitive to Rate increases (think Fed funds).  

Ive gotten to about half that goal in the past 6 months, and should hit my goal.EDIT: Title should have been Does The Fed's Rate Hike Affect Your Current Or Future Strategies?

That said, I read as much chatter as yesterday's schedule would allow concerning the Fed's rate increase. 

The feds recognize the underlying IRA owners as exempt, but several states would tax the partnership income.

I assume these systems were mostly updates of old octopus systems (fully gravity fed).Local HVAC guys suggest leaving as-is unless someone wants to put AC in - but if we can avoid limiting the (future) borrowers to non-conforming products, that would be good!

I'm sure most of you have already heard about the FED's raising the interest rates this past week. 

In Portland we have a local meetup that cost money its called Rare bird... now the guys running it are in the business and they are smart they charge but they also bring in good content ( I know they had me as a guest speaker :)  ))But even better is they get spoon fed deals with all the folks that are members ..
