I kind of get a kick out of the description of what a balance sheet is (a financial snapshot of the health of your company) but then have the rules of no you cannot have the actual value of your property listed on your balance sheet. 

I'd like to create a system to rank different geographic areas based on certain key factors.

We like to have some type of printout of the property with descriptions and pictures so we can give them something to remember the property when they leave. 

I'd say with demand for the OTM zip codes (I'm guessing you're referring to Homewood, by your description?)

What is your buildings legal description and compariable square footage on the building?

Or, another thought, depending on the geographical location and your all's desires.
