Electric is a huge deal, you can’t supply a grow if your sharing power with 5 neighbors hogging the transformer.

It seems if you are truly a genuine wholesaler and are truly helping people find deals or sell their home than you are already greater than 90% of them out there.

I know I can't expect tenants to take care of it-- are there any possible ways to creatively transform it into something useful?

Loads of smart people on here that are more than willing to help.I've always found for me, that mentors have come pretty naturally by demonstrating my drive and being a genuine person.What do you envision as your next steps on your REI journey?
