If you can't follow up consistently or post on the forums daily then BP paid leads probably aren't worth it for you

Connecting with experienced investors in real estate forums, attending local meetups, and working with mentors or coaches can provide hands-on advice.

Theres a lot more on the topic so I’d recommend searching past forum posts on getting started as an agent.

This forum has been an absolute wealth of information around the foreclosure process and trustee sales.I've been heavily researching tax sales/foreclosures for a few years now and finally feel ready to take the jump.

I will be contacting my agent soon, but I wanted to toss this question to the forums to help me cover bases I might not think about.  

I did troll the forums and it’s really hard to get a definitive answer because it seems to be based a lot on personal preference.In your honest opinions, what is the most intuitive property management software solution to use for someone that is just starting the journey in self management?

Hi YehudaThis forum is very self-management heavy with some exceptions of full service Property Managers like myself.
