Austin is truly exploding right now and if we were in any other city I'd smack myself for the last deal we did.

It's gotta explode someday...just classis supply & demand.The prices are up by not as much as you think, at least in my state. 2.2% increase last year.

My head feels like it's going to explode but it will just have to get bigger to hold all of this new knowledge.

Hi everyone,I'm originally from Austin, TX (where real estate is exploding right now), but I've been in Phoenix for the past year and a half.

I moved to Dallas to explode my business and I think that this site will be an integral part of that growth.  

For example, after the roof has already been put on the inspector now says that my dryer vent may need to be modified so the house does not explode.  8. 

I'd prefer to deal with that plumbing leak when it's a tiny drip, rather than when the pipe explodes, or the leak is so bad I end up with a $600 water bill.

I require tenants to notify me asap for any leaks/water damage.)I also had a pretty bad (couple hour) leak from a master bedroom shower (the twist handle exploded off the wall leaving an open pipe and we had to turn off the main water line.)

I would only add if you start doing that with larger properties, you will see your wealth explode.
