If it's because of the tenants, you now have limited visibility on it and difficulty with tenants.

I can’t really speak to properties in that range and you may have difficulty finding two in that range.

Not sure if others are experiencing the same issue or if I should have cancelled these reservations differently (would love guidance from others), but I am annoyed with Airbnb right now.

LO's who are not experienced in general or maybe who just do not work with self employed very often can make the experience much worse then it needs to be.

In older times a strategy might be to rent to older, more "life experienced" tenants.
