If all things are equal consider who responds most timely and do so with a professional tone, text, and/or email?

Many experienced investors adapt by targeting deals with slightly higher percentages up to 75-80% while carefully analyzing potential risks and margins.

A professional trustee such as Exeter Trust Company is the way to go if you want it done right, imo. 

Watching some of these videos and finding lots of red flags like that which beginners wouldn’t catch but experienced folks will know is b.s.
