I do love this site and it offers A LOT of value, BUT in my opinion the fastest way to learn is to have a mentor that is currently doing deals.

Additionally, we addressed all necessary repairs to ensure the home was in excellent condition.

Make sure you are excellent at deal analysis, start building a team and go out and network (on social or live events), once you gave that in place start looing for deals and put out offers.
