It's not illegal if that is what you are asking however some would argue there are some ethic and agency issues at play being an agent doing sub2 deals.

I don't have the platform set up for that, or the ethics to take someone's money for something I don't own yet and thus can't sell them.I can't imagine anyone with true experience/knowledge in this industry would want to deal with them anyways.

There may be a way to legally and ethically hide this information (what you paid for it), but it may take it several weeks for the data to populate through and for Zillow to update.
