The main challenge with some of these are the dimensions of your lot and configuring the site to allow the minimum stacking of vechicles.Depending on your use, a 5000 sq ft building may be tough to fit in this size lot when looking at how much parking you want/need, building setbacks, landscaping setbacks etc.   

Week of 8/11 - 8/17:Accomplishments:- Received PUD approval for 135 SFH site in Leesburg, FL.- Received an offer for one of our new construction homes in Palm Bay, FL.- Completed a 7-minute speech at my local Toastmasters organization.

(Costly but will eliminate need of gas bill, can tie into electric).The money I see is in the expansion over the next 2 years. 10 more units, 14 storage units, and on site laundry(already plumbed).

And while that can be true with some homes now a days very few agents do anything but MLS as it auto populates to all the on line sites.

Some of the finer points that I can see are $25,000 in down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers, 3 million new housing units within the next four years, tax credits for developers who build starter homes, investing $40 million in an innovation fund to tackle the housing crisis, and expanding a tax credit for housing developers who build affordable housing rental units.Forbes also says she wants Congress to crack down on "predatory investors" who buy up rental homes and collude with each other to raise rental prices.Just sharing this because there's obvious impacts on the housing market if this all takes effect.This is basically just a summary of the Forbes article, you can read it in full here: https://www.forbes.com/sites/alisondurkee/2024/08/16/kamala-...
