I do enjoy some craft beers in moderation. 

But getting to an early retirement with a stroke from all the stress and pressure is probably not your goal :-)I'd just relax and enjoy what you already have, do a shot of tequila and go lay in a lounge chair and enjoy.....

As @Engelo Rumora stated our business model doesn't suite everyone and we have a specific niche market that we greatly enjoy serving our investors goals and real estate vision.

Properties rented for less than 15 days a year enjoy simple tax rules, while those rented more frequently face a complex set of tax obligations.

Shoot for something that the stereotypical customer of the theater(s) would enjoy for before/after a show.

Go in peace and enjoy life instead of blasting people who don't fit your expectations.

I am an advocate for owning real estate in an LLC if done correctly and for a number of reasons related to asset protection that are not ordinarily articlulated on here but most who do purchase their real estate in an LLC fail to operate the LLC's correctly and fail to enjoy the benefits.
