While I am not involved - i have read the accusations and whether or not if they are true, that would scare me enough to stay far far away from anything they are associated with. 

I read about a woman who bought a foreclosure for $50,000 cash in Florida, then she immediately found out it had $150,000 in liens.

You won't learn much reading generalities in forum posts or blogs.

I just finished reading "The House Hacking Strategy" by Craig Curelop, and I think that gave me some good introductory knowledge on house hacking, but I know that I still have to do a lot more research.

EDIT: Just realized I read that wrong and thought the poster was the seller. 5% rate and 5% down is a sweet deal, take that if you can get it!

I can say the number of private messages I received lately from people offering private money is off the charts, which I also find comical as they clearly did not read my profile - and yes my response back is not very kind to them. 

I've had him read some of my books on investing, and we have conversations often about how you can finance (and refinance) properties, etc.
