I've got a house with fiber board siding that is rotting on three sides of the house. 

I'm sure most of us use q-tips on a daily basis to clean and/or dry our ears.

It it's a small, contained patch on dry wall, that can be a simple fix.

A house across the street is listed for $319k with 3 bed, 2 bath, living and dining room and full finished basement which mine doesn't have.So far I have dried all my savings and borrow money from my business  partner.

If it is MLS those opportunities have all but dried up in my market.

There's a hole in this ship and I need to plug it soon before it bleeds me dry.

Because it was not addressed, it rotted through the plywood subfloor under the sink cabinet and soaked the ceiling drywall of the downstairs bedroom below eventually pulling down the whole ceiling and flooding the bedroom and molding the carpet.

Find a friendly helpful AC person to come by to pull a vacuum and release the charge when you're done with everything else.The LG unit's self-cleaning cycle dries the coils on a schedule.  

One problem is, rather than replacing the rotted metal roof with another metal roof, the previous owner just boarded off the built-in gutters and put asphalt shingle roof on.

Low maintenance - Concrete requires much less maintenance than wood, especially in dry and sunny regions like California.
