@Greg Lovern It's whatever the parties agree to - and that's specified in the P&S.For a retail SFR buyer, I normally require that the home is delivered vacant and broom clean. 

@Julian Dover get him a 5 day notice hand delivered (not posted) ASAP and get that to the attorney to file.  

Depending on the number of vehicles, age of drivers, number of properties owned, the rates can be very affordable. 

They are both built in a factory, but one is delivered on a flatbed and the other on its own frame and wheels.
