@Kelly AtkinsonIMPORTANT NOTICE TO THE SPEED READERS: I am looking at this from a wholesalers perspective exclusively.What I use: Used Propstream (Now Repropfinder), Used/Still Use Realeflow Considering: InvestorFuse 2.0 CRM (considerably more expensive than competition but could be worth it, idk)Considering: Flipster (attracted to the fact that is has many of the same features as repropfinder/propstream but "claims" to include skiptraced content like phone numbers and emails at no extra charge)Distant 3rd, Considering: REIAutomator (some of the guru trainers or whatever advertise this , I see it as a clone of repropfinder/propstream and have not read anything new that is significant enough to truly seperate themselves)REI Pro: Never used it, I have seen this one a bunch, but for me I just have not really seen how this seperates itself in any major way from Repropfinder or REIAutomator.

Five years into the marriage they are growing distant due to the man not sharing her work ethic, ambition or whatever the reasons may be and after a couple of years of failed marriage counseling, she finds out he has been cheating.

Then again you could get stuck owning a property that could rent for 300k a year but with RS rents for 100k with tenants passing the apt on to distant relatives, and the lease could go on forever at ridiculous rates.

On the other hand, distant property management calls for efficient systems, trustworthy local partners, and a thorough comprehension of the unique dynamics of the market.Appreciation Potential: It's important to fully investigate and comprehend the local economy, employment growth, and development plans, even if other markets may provide better appreciation potential.

California seems like a distant dream or I’d need to lower my standards considerably.Initial Goals before becoming disheartened/burned out this spring:1) LT buy & hold out of state (Newer build/low maintenance, 3-4 bed, good school district)2) Break into CA market.

I kinda tune my guitar strings to the beat of those distant drums if you get my drift. 

I am looking into joining a local REI club, however they either meet in locations too distant for me or at times I can’t make currently, that or they are for women only.

The main reason why I have decided to look for distant properties is the current state of the bay area's housing market where the prices of SFR are around or over 1M.

I look forward to learning and growing with this community well into the distant future.
