Other have mentioned this but you can rent out your home for something above market - that would be between you and the operator and whatever makes sense for both of you.Would be happy to hop on the phone and chat more about it and answer any questions you might have!

Just trying to make sure it isn't called due right away or in the middle of the term as then we'd be scrambling to figure out how to pay it off when we both agreed to be on a payment plan until the balloon payment at the end is due.Seller finance makes sense in where I'd essentially be the lender collecting monthly payments until due.

After that I am using 5% rent increases with 60k renovation in yr1- using 20% down around 8.5% rate, many loan officers keep telling that only 25% down is minimum.. idk- yr1 goal to increase rents w renovation around 60k spend w 5% rent increase (tricky part it probably lot of rent lost while renovating maybe 2-3months) - estimating that yr1 and 2 is negative CF and then projecting positive CF w yearly 5-10% rent increasesAny ideas if this makes sense or not?
