Sometimes developers just hit a home run with the look and feel with build out of a community.I can't stand the cookie cutter box subdivisions without personality and you roast to death because the builder is to cheap to put in mature trees for shading.

I don’t do an accent colour below the rail, but if you do remember the rule about colours getting lighter as they go up... ie: use a darker shade below the rail.

Instead I would probably go with a darker taupe/warm gray on the trim, including around the garage doors.
