If any of you seasoned experts want to pay your success forward and kind of knock my plan apart as a means of instruction via PM, I'd appreciate it.In the future, I want to move into buying - rehabbing - selling homes and in the very long term into building a portfolio of rental properties.I've read on here that folks are buying lists of distress properties updated daily.

It's good to have an agent on your side looking daily, because that is where I noticed most people are losing out, they are just too slow, and hear about the "good one" too late.I had a client who I called the day the house she wanted fell out of escrow, they lowered it another $25,000.

My theory in short (abstract from my blog) is this:With a devalued dollar, China and India needing more energy to address their industrial growth, supply and demand ratio increasing on a daily basis - the amount we pump out of the ground is inversely proportional to the demand in the world, a subsidized price that we were paying in the past in the USA (around 90s and early 2000) and Inflation.
