A quality PM is CRUCIAL in preventing unnecessary losses at a property and can save you many headaches and unnecessary expense.

(I am not going to sell you anything..) and after you have your campaign up and ruining it is even more crucial to do "Re Marketing" - this is the part that most people are not aware of. if you are not doing this, you are throwing $$$ for nothing... the way to do it is very easy - read about the "Facebook Pixel" and whats called " Look alike audience" hope I could help

Although, establishing relationships with smaller, regional banks is crucial down the line, the experience you'll gain thru the conventional route should be quite enough at the point to "prove" your worthiness.
