I just think white appliances say you are looking to do the bare minimum which is not the message I'm trying to convey.

You can acquire the replacement property in your own name and then later form a SMLLC/disregarded entity and convey legal title into the new SMLLC. 

I know there are some that would disagree with me on this, but if you read the loan docs as drafted today, it would be considered a conveyance of title and would trigger the due on sale clause. 

Check county records or with county clerk to see which deed is appropriate to convey property from Uncle to you.

This is a simplified workflow, but does a good enough job of conveying the overall process. 

The HELOC will need to be closed/paid off (so the lien can be released) at closing, so title can be conveyed to the new owner. 

Current leases convey to new owner.
