I think just reading books, being active on the BP forums and consistently attending your local REIA will be more effective and far cheaper.

I think they do a decent job on working a loan, every company has its strengths and weaknesses but I would not disqualify a company because it’s portal is awful as long as it provides me a snap shot or updates on a loan.

But as an agent, you are a contract employee so if you are trying to buy properties and can't show consistent income, you will only push your dreams further down the line.
