Do realtors have to follow any type of rules referring to keeping private information shared between each other confidential?

I’ve found three 4-plex properties (all 2/1 units), three duplex properties (all 2/1 units), and a SFR (a 3/2) all from the same wholesaler which I feel confident I can make a package deal with for all properties for $30-35k.

I do feel confident I can raise the rent almost immediately for the other side though that may cause a vacancy for some time.

With only 5% down per year, I feel pretty confident I can accomplish this, plus it helps to know 2 other investors doing this in the same subdivision.
