You did not lie on the application for the loan and you can't be held to change it because you need to move.The tenant should pay you and you pay the lender as you have.Change the insurance to a landlord policy and you pay the premiums from rents.

Make sure nothing is lying on the knob and tube wiring in an attic as well, keeping the wiring runs free of anything that could fall or lean against wiring.
