I don't see any kind of benefit to being setup that way IMHO.

This is something I've been mulling over and I admit that I'm kind of curious to know how it all works (regulations, certifications, process) 

ya I kind of figured that.. most folks on this site are probably still looking for those rates through a real secured vehicle an they dont exist..

Your doing all the hard work and they do the rest..it's been a year since I started and I was informed today that I will most likely not be seeing any kind of payment because I have a low amount of files turned in.

I wanted to know if you guys have software that can get that kind of information easily and efficiently.

I am not sure what kind of properties you're looking to invest in, but I see you've mentioned you're going for cash flow.

I'm not sure how to articulate it but, basically this bit of knowledge saves me a bunch of time and kind of surprised it hasn't come up in any of the books, articles, or videos I've been learning from.

Anyone else gotten any kind of solicitation like this? 

I was wondering what kind of measures you take to stay unharmed when entering these kinds of houses. 

. - You not there is a GIANT supply glut of listed properties to this one, and then speak that your priced lowest, as if that's any kind of anything special.
