Linden Heights has some really nice houses, especially on the hilltops, and if it is one of those mid-century masterpieces (guilded carpentry, steel supports, elevated foundations) with lots of light and fully rehabbed, then I like the deal.

IE subdivisions that were created in the turn of the century up to the 1930's but because they were under one ownership the assessor had merged them to one tax parcel.. under that tax parcel I found many subdivisions 10 to 100 lots.. we would then buy it like it was a bare 5 acre..

Aside from loopnet, I like to use some of the local broker websites like Verani, Conway, Donahue, century 21, Atlantic properties etc...they all have searches you can modify for commercial.
