Now everything is broken up into separate units of property, and the plumbing system (or plumbing unit of property) includes pipes, valves, faucets, bathtubs, showers, etc.

The FHA qualified inspector will note certain things mentioned above like peeling paint, missing HVAC, broken windows, cracks in walls indicating possible structural, worn out roof etc.Yes...you can do an FHA 203K....I did that on my first house.

The following are a list of thing that are mandatory:- A/C units (will need to purchase two since this is a two story house in FL)-Kitchen (old kitchen cabinets have had had major water damage, counters are broken and will need new appliances.)
