However, the City initiated the “Buy Into Baltimore” open bid program (which we’re interested in participating) through which you can bid/buy city-owned abandoned/vacant properties for redevelopment/resale.The problem is, there are so many blighted neighborhoods in Baltimore, it’s tough to know where to start.

This campus hosts a large Magnolia home goods store, high end furniture store, cupcake bakery, coffee shop, gardening shop, live music concert venue, large grass area with toys and balls for kids to play with, an open plaza with eight food trucks, a small baseball field (that Babe Ruth once played on and families can now play on for fun), a restored historic chapel (the oldest chapel in Central Texas), and six boutique shops with men, women, and children's products.

Think about it now with the new brokerage laws where buyers are expected to pay brokers fee's if they are not paying thousands to mortgage brokers it leaves them more money to pay their Agent who actually finds the house for them helps them with insprections etc etc.. buying that home in British Columbia really opened my eyes to how goofed up our owner occ lending process is .. and costly.
