The pot smokers room has this yellow residue on the windows and a spot on the ceiling above the bong (I have to assume). 

I have a few tips.make sure that when you remove the old caulk there is almost no residue left behind.use good quality silicone as it will last much longer and stay mold free.If you are new taping above and below (with painters tape) is also a good idea to make sure you have crisp lines.

If the item needs to be replaced before the depreciation schedule is exhausted, there should be almost no residual value to be expensed anyway.For these items there is no additional depreciation to be gained and the total depreciation expense is reduced if the item lasts longer than planned.

Our goal had been to find someone to run the company and then it would have been great residual income for us.

The white residue on the side of the meter is a sure sign that it is leaking.

I’m not interested in the residual type income like collecting app fees, or putting in a coin operated laundry.

@Connor Mckelvey while the property may not have any indication of it from a visual or scent standpoint it does not mean there is not residue present.

We should have taken the deal looking back.I would be interested if anyone has had success in getting full value in today's market too. when i did timberland  ( logging bust up parcel sell off smaller parcels) these sales were mainly seller carry back.then i went to my bank and hypothicated the notes  . bank would only give me 50%  but that was OK since the residual land we sold had basically a zero basis  IE the logs paid for the whole mary ann  ..
