All that said, I actual in cocoa beach area so probably even more desired than orlando but orlando was all it would allow me to select when setting up my account.

We’ll actually be in Baltimore next week for our Anniversary.My wife loves Crabcakes, So I’m bringing her to the Holy Grail.   

We are actually thinking about moving into the smaller unit. we are thinking if we should rent the main unit for long term rental or STR like airbnb but im afraid with airbnb, the non occupied days we may miss out on cash if its not rented out. 

Finally able to actually start executing on some thoughts — and figured I need a network of folks that love real estate investing as much as I do.

Anyone used them and actually had success or no success and lost your money?  

It reminds me of a buddy of mine in San Diego who realized early on that the investors who stuck around longest weren’t just chasing the best cap rate..they were sticking with him because he made them feel like they were part of something that actually mattered.

Not seeing any real gentrification because of that, IMO.On the positive side, we do finally have a new Mayor that is actually from the City, but so far he seems to be playing the same games as his predecessors.

Unfortunately, seniors are moving out of the newest/nicest 6 bd I have and actually covers 2 full mortgages in rent, I am just getting significantly less hits on Zillow even with premier. 

If I have been given proper notice of move out, then generally I prorate the days past the move out date based on the actual monthly rent that month.
