A few hundred a month per unit, if actually achieved which is far from guaranteed, is not going to do it.  

You have some ambitious goals but with hard work and diligence you can most certainly achieve them.  

I have been successful (see my achievements below) and I know SO many more Big Dogs who are successful that I find it very hard to believe that it has anything to do with Phill/Shenoa only if someone is not successful.

We also see a lot of instances where newer investors are unaware of what quality and details need to be achieved (or not achieved) based on their desired exit strategy.
