We figure it will be easy to identify each tenant's deposit via an identification number or even just by the name on the deposit slip...which I assume we will be able to see online...We have checked with the bank and so far they see no problem with this, although the manager lady had never heard of such an arrangement.

Supporting documentation, including a property deed, sale notice, and identification, should be attached.

"Time is of the essence" is a common phrase that is included with identification of a closing date.

Cook county looks to use a "Property Identification Number" for individual properties, they have subdivision names, and use section/township/range as an area identifier.

The first was basically an introduction, condolences, identification, and what I offer (while not pushing hard), and for the second I'm thinking still a sort of 'as you get going with all of this' theme, or 'does everyone have the same goal?'
