I also believe it’s easier and faster to turn over a property if all you have to do is go in and clean and spot touch up your beautiful neutral color that you know the formula for and sheen.

I got tired of going back and forth with people about this issue, and I don't care how good someone cleans, I still have to go in and clean and at the very minimum touch up the paint.

Now if the rehab is only 10k, it often can take 10 days as the loose ends at the end (touch-ups, cleaning, etc) always take a few extra days.
