@Christopher Winkler  this is even worse... he sold subject too the first is what I am reading.so if the second is underwater that's lost.. but he has to protect his credit I would think and needs to foreclose to get title back then sell and settle the first.. 2nd is lost at this point Is my guess.and another reason I HATE sub too...
