You're very right that we don't have to be limited by location especially with all the technology we have now.

I went to school for auto body technology for repairing cars after they have been in an accident.

However, I come from a 15+ year background in construction and management, with a nerd-like focus on efficiency and building technologies.  

I have been a software developer for the last 4 years and really want to integrate the use of technology into my real estate career.

I am not saying there won't be changes in fee structures as technology automates more.

With coronavirus situation all schools are currently out for at least a few more weeks and I have time to consider other use-cases for our technology.

However, I am looking for different ways to verify my data via technology.

Definitely,  @Jon Huber I have been reading up as much as I can understand, and I will start the podcasts once I fix my obsolete technology.
