Can I please get Chris' info/website/contact I'd like to hire his SEO and marketing services but am having a hard time finding how to reach him.

What I have noticed so far is that it is far riskier to try and do outbound to reach out to sellers via cold calling, direct mail, SMS, etc. vs. building up your SEO, and running ads while building up your brand.

Well Jerrylls website + SEO is always fine free, and other then picking the domain name to match a teriary market and paying for SEO its one idea. 

Inbound consist of SEO, joining Facebook where property owners are, newspaper ads from owners, Zillow FSBO etc...

Airbnb and VRBO have so much SEO going on you can't beat it.  

People have absolutely bid up these assets, its a hard business to run, staffing, employees, SEO, marketing, etc.
