The Raleigh triangle area is very hot and prices have rapidly rose, I don’t think rents have caught up there yet.Columbus and Indianapolis on the other hand are more affordable and have a lot of room for rapid growth which is why they’ve been so hot over the past 24 months.

Last month I purchased 2508 Ashley Rose Terrace in Henderson for $525k and tested a $2,995 rent rate and secured a quality tenant at this higher rent rate.

If I were in your shoes, I'd have your agent pull rental comps for you.

If I were in your shoes it would be the numbers that tell what I should do.

E.g if I'm buying a pair of shoes for $120 today, it means that I'm basically spending $10 each month this year to own this pair of shoes.
