Research markets, consider factors like job growth, population trends, and property prices.

So, when investing in areas they don’t really know, investors should research the different property Class submarkets.

Also, research the landlord and tenant laws/ordinances.

In other words, spending it would be foolish.I suggest you spend a little time researching other property managers.

I’m stating to look around some of the smaller markets outside of Boston, starting to dive deeper into market research to see if some of the more affordable areas are sustainable for rentals.  

I think they’re gold mines and I’ve heard of some others that are  catching on.

My recent research indicates small claims courts judgements no longer show on someone’s credit report.

They’re well written, seem to be well researched, and always timely.  

--Too many newbies do too little logical research!
