And I like the idea of bigger scale developments, and am going to educate myself here.Maybe a better initial question would have been something like this: Many/most cities/towns in Oregon now (by law) allow you to build three doors on any SFR lot (duplex, plus ADU). 

Also, who is to say you can't find a steadily appreciating multifamily in your area to buy and then use that income to help you move out to the front range and begin your real estate education out here?

We are still trying to educate ourselves beforehand.

This will make them "sticky" on future projects because they feel you are educating and protecting them. 

They should have designations of education and experience as an example.That will put you in a very select company right there and you should be good to go! 

It's crucial to stay informed about market trends and continually educate yourself on industry best practices.

I don't think there is any issue to the job market at all as we are already short labor and cant find qualified people to work as nobody wants to do the low labor tasks anymore it's a new generation is different and to support the growing needs of AI there will be plenty of jobs but will require education.
