After acquiring , renovating , and stabilizing the 11 unit deal I last wrote about my company has seen TREMENDOUS growth in a very short time.

As a new investor, this helps tremendously. 

Seems like you'd have to put in tremendous hours in order to see any results.

Having owned and operated a small business, I found that setting long term goals, action plans to get there, and re-assessing those goals and plans on a regular basis helped me tremendously. 

So with a high profit bargain, but no budget or plan to instruct us, we managed to spend a tremendous amount of capital and watch our money disappear before our eyes. 

But you can go from ZERO to 8 months and learn and accomplish a tremendous amount due to BP and the community at BP.  

Let me say thanks in advance to you who will read this discussion and participate and for those who will never read this discussion but have helped tremendously with their questions answers and insights in other discussions that ive consumed in a large clip for months before even joining BP as a member. 

I don't know why Ray left RealtyShares, but my take on AlphaFlow is that they've (correctly) identified that there's going to be tremendous competition at the platform level (as each competes against the other for customers and deals, driving down margins), and that an aggregation play is a less crowded space in the market that also allows them to capture lots of data about dealflow and performance across the market.

Two of my mentors have been fortunate enough to help me out tremendously and always looking to do the same for others.

BP is a tremendous resource and I would love to meet and connect with like minded people who believe in the benefits of RE investing.
