Tom, were you ever able to find a company or individual that purchases remainderman interest? 

Would love to know where you are finding an individual to help with this.That duty of course would be on top of the typical tasks of helping make calls and fill the pipeline, and organize/set meetings etc.

Listening to only one individual while you may like them and they could be great, does not give you as good a perspective.
