I am an advocate for owning real estate in an LLC if done correctly and for a number of reasons related to asset protection that are not ordinarily articlulated on here but most who do purchase their real estate in an LLC fail to operate the LLC's correctly and fail to enjoy the benefits.

Nobody but us enjoys it, and it results in one of the two bad outcomes: either we confuse the heck out of investors, or they run away with a dangerous simplistic conclusion that Brandon/Michael/Ted/whoever else said Yes/No - when very rarely these debates have a yes-no conclusion.
