I can't believe that you, legal owner of the property, have to struggle this much, take him to court etc. to be able to do what to everyone seems so obvious…If this was eastern Europe (where I am from) - I could find a couple of dudes who would convince him to leave. Hey Kristine - I don't know if your notes have all been in CA, where the non-judicial foreclosure process is relatively short.In comparison, the OP appears to be in an eastern state where judicial foreclosures are much longer.
