I would like to keep going down weekly until I can find a new home for the cats and have condensed all my belongings.

It could have been condensed to a few chapters with a few charts and the life audit form in back.

The air-tight windows get condensation on the inside glass, to the point where it is dripping from the bottom of the window inside the house.

I’m assuming by cosmetic you mean that you are not ripping out walls so you have duct work where you add a condenser, decent electric, Sheetrock or plaster in good shape, plumbing you can keep.

Condensate drainage is not a big deal, as long as the lines are clear and sloped properly they will do their job.

I spray the perimeter for bugs in early summer and take care to spray all around the ac condenser because I have had the ac guy out more than once when fire ants blew a contact of some sort.

The "mold" looks like it is more likely dirt and dust coming out of the register when the air is on, and due to the humidity in FL sometimes you'll get condensation on the metal register(metal gets and stays colder than everything else and small amnts of condensation form) and then the dust sticks to it.

Hvac condensate tube leaked...quite a bit actually...and no damage.

If your really interested go to one of the Note buying conventions in Vegas ... for a few grand you will get a condensed version..
