Over time I find plenty of attempted business tools that I have lost interested in so I get to sell them to free up space and get a little lost investment money back, and my girlfriend doesn't have to stare at broken lawn mowers and boxes of shoes i'm trying to flip.

Recently there has been changes in how water is billed (can no longer be billed directly to the tenant), they made an attempt at a landlord registration which was pushed through but has since been removed, and now they are pushing for inspections and certifications of all rental units.

It will make some difference as to whether you will be dealing with an escrow company, title company or law office for your closing.You are attempting a short-sale on a pre-foreclosure property, correct?

Some people just dont want to even attempt to salvage their situation.

I am attempting to gain pre-approval for a loan on my first multi-family property (first property at all, for that matter).The amount I have been pre-approved for via Rocket Mortgage is far too small to purchase a multi-family property in my local market. 

or maybe the lack of response leaves this tiny corner of hope as the last remnant for him to save face on this issue. to Account Closed you have tried to make your point, repeatedly, but you have resisted attempts to explain further or deliver more context on the issue.
